JulieAnn Calareso, Esq., was elected to serve as Chair of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the New York State Bar Association effective June 1, 2015. The Section which consists of 2700 lawyers, presents educational programs and publishes materials to keep Elder Law and/or Special Needs attorneys up-to-date on case law and legislative and regulatory developments which impact the elder and disabled population in order to enhance the competence and skill of lawyers who practice in this field.
