Susan A. Fitzpatrick, Esq. focuses her practice in residential and commercial real estate, elder law, estate and trust planning, estate administration, tax planning, business planning and corporate matters. Cheri Terzian

Firm Administrator

Cheri Terzian has been the law firm's administrator since its inception in September, 1988 and worked in various clerical capacities with the partners since 1985 prior to the establishment of Burke & Casserly, P.C. She is responsible for all of the firm's management including human resources, financial management, employee benefits, marketing, technology, facilities management, client service satisfaction as well as all other administrative operations.

Paralegal

Lynne M. Baldauf

Financial Coordinator

Lynne Baldauf has been the financial coordinator at B&C since July, 2000 on a part-time basis. Lynne is responsible for all a/r, a/p, payroll and other bookkeeping related duties as well as providing the firm administrator with all necessary reports and assists with the firm’s financial analysis.

Shanna N. McNeil

Legal Assistant

Shanna McNeil began working with the Burke & Casserly team in 2002 as the firm’s receptionist. After 3 years in that capacity, she was promoted to serve our clients as a legal assistant. While Shanna performs a multitude of tasks, she is concentrating in the estate administration process.
