Anthony J. Santoro, Esq., joined Burke & Casserly, P.C. in 2018 as an Of Counsel attorney after working for over six years with high net worth clients in the financial services industry. After law school, Anthony went to work for The Ayco Company, L.P., A Goldman Sachs Company in Albany, NY. Anthony’s primary role was to provide estate and income tax planning to executives of various Fortune 500 companies. He then moved on to serve as Director of Financial Planning for a local investment firm that manages over $550 million of assets. With technical proficiency in tax, estate planning and wealth management, Anthony now applies his background to working within Burke & Casserly, P.C.’s trusts and estates and elder law areas of practice as well as providing wealth transfer planning services through Advisor at Arista Wealth Advisors, Ltd.

In addition to being Of Counsel to Burke & Casserly, P.C., Anthony is currently a Wealth Management Advisor at Arista Wealth Advisors, Ltd., where he develops financial and investment plans with individuals and families. Arista Wealth Advisors, Ltd. is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which currently manages investments in excess of $150 million for various individuals, corporations, pension plans, and not-for-profit organizations.

Anthony received his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School in 2013. While at Albany Law, Anthony competed in the Senior Prize Trials and was President of Chess Club.

Outside the office, Anthony enjoys hiking and skiing with his wife Laura.
