Burke & Casserly, P.C., Operations Bulletin - COVID-19

Burke & Casserly, P.C., is committed to the health and well-being of our team members, families, clients, and members of the community.  We are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) developments and heeding the guidance of our national, state, and local health agencies.  With this in mind, we have implemented necessary proactive measures to protect the health and safety of our team members, clients, and office visitors.

In addition, our firm is making every effort to ensure that this situation will not affect the timeliness or quality of the work we are doing for you, our valued clients.  We remain committed to our high standard of service in addressing your legal needs.  If deadlines get extended, or your matter is impacted in any way, we will inform you as well as provide additional guidance, if needed.

Please note the following as we adjust to the present circumstances:

  • While we are open for business, we will be limiting in-person meetings with clients in our office.  We will seek alternative methods to meet with you remotely to further your pursuit of the same goals.  Please feel free to contact our office with any personal questions or concerns.
  • Any employees experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19 will be instructed to stay home following the guidelines set by the relevant health authorities.  We also request our clients, colleagues, and other office visitors to follow the same guidelines.
  • Some of our staff will be working remotely due to personal circumstances, but our firm has sufficient remote capabilities to allow our team to work efficiently from home.  Please understand, however, that there could be delays in responses to e-mails and phone calls from time to time.

Our technology and processes will enable our team members to continue to remotely serve your needs.  In addition, our team members have the spirit and desire to do what is necessary to help meet your important deadlines and continue to assist you.  We are collectively facing challenges uniquely impacting our communities, country, and world.  While we face this uncertainty, we remain steadfastly loyal to our clients.

We will continue to closely monitor the local and national information pertaining to COVID-19, and provide updates as needed.  As the situation evolves, we may need to make additional modifications consistent with these principles.  If you have questions on our policies and how they may impact our client services, please do not hesitate to reach out to our firm administrator at cbardin@burkecasserly.com.

We offer our sincere best wishes to you and your family.  Thank you for being a valued client.
