Carrianna C. Eurillo, Esq. Of Counsel Attorney
“Carrianna makes clients feel like family. She takes the time to get to know what’s really important and works hands-on to achieve those goals. Above all else, Carrianna deeply values the clients’ trust. Nearly every client leaves a meeting with a hug and a ‘thank you’. And, the work is well done.” –M.Y.B.
Carrianna has extensive experience advising clients on matters relating to estate and wealth transfer planning, special needs planning and guardianships, estate and trust administration, including litigation, and elder law. In addition, Carrianna has meaningful experience advising local businesses, educational institutions and charitable entities on general corporate counsel matters, including corporate formation, business succession planning, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, dispute settlement, policy and procedure development and implementation, and maintenance of corporate records.
Carrianna started her professional career as a Series 7 and Series 63 licensed financial services professional. Inspired by her collaborative work with attorneys, Carrianna enrolled in Albany Law School in 1998. A 2001 graduate, she earned cum laude status with honors.
Outside of the office, Carrianna enjoys spending time with her loved ones. During the warmer months, you can usually find her searching for antiques at a local estate sale. In the cooler months, she enjoys cuddling up next to the fire with a good book.
