James Barnes - Speaker at National Business Institute's Educational Seminar

James Barnes was a speaker National Business Institute's educational program held August 24th at Hilton Garden Inn Albany Area entitled “Trusts 101” along with other local practitioners. He started the day and had the majority of the morning session, which included an overview of trusts in the estate planning context, and best practices for the creation and administration of revocable living trusts. Attendees included approximately 40 Attorneys, Financial Planners, Accountants, and Trust Officers.
