JulieAnn Calareso Speaks as part of the “Starting the Conversation: Critical Decisions in Health Care and End of Life Issues”
On Tuesday, April 16, 2013, JulieAnn Calareso will be speaking as part of the “Starting the Conversation: Critical Decisions in Health Care and End of Life Issues” presented by Diocesan Office of Pastoral Care, the Albany Diocesan Consultation Center, Albany Diocesan Cemeteries and St. Peter’s Health Partners. This new, four part series designed by Sr. Katherine Arseneau, CSJ, and Ginny Amsden, RN, will be offered in parishes throughout the Roman Catholic Dioceses free of charge and will cover topics such as Advanced Directives, Legal Issues, Understanding Hospice Care, and Wake/Funeral Planning and Cemetery Issues. The series is designed to inform and educate the faith communities of the importance of these topics. The April 16 event is to introduce the series to clergy, deacons, pastoral care coordinators and parish nurses. JulieAnn will be speaking on Last Wills & Testaments, Revocable Trusts, and Powers of Attorney. Additional information can be obtained by contacting Rev.
